GREENLION featured in the European Commission "Innovation Europe" Newsletter

The EU has picked up the news story on Germanium nanowire anodes from University of Limerick and included a short note titled “Nanotechnology supporting sustainable energy” in issue nº5, March & April 2014

“Innovation Europe” is a bi-monthly newsletter highlighting upcoming events and related research and innovation stories. It demonstrates how EU-funded research and innovation is helping to exit the current crisis, create jobs and improve the quality of life in Europe.

The development of the Germanium anode is the basis for the short note on GREENLION, for which contact at Cordis and the Project website are provided. This issue of the newsletter can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/research/horizon2020/pdf/press/campaign/innovation_europe-newsletter_5-201403.pdf

It was also posted in the Innovation Union Facebook on March 26 https://www.facebook.com/innovation.union/posts/10152276308872829?stream_ref=10
